Terms and Conditions

Bookings

A booking is subject to date availability and is confirmed once the agreed payment has been received and Finecore Visuals has confirmed the booking. Information supplied by the client must be accurate and complete.

Services and deliverables

The agreed package, coverage, deliverables, locations, price, and turnaround will be recorded in the booking or project agreement. Requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate event details, access to the venue, required permissions, and reasonable cooperation. The client is responsible for venue rules, guest conduct, and obtaining permissions that are not expressly included in Finecore Visuals' scope.

Payments

Payments are processed through Yoco. A deposit or full payment may be selected where offered. Any balance, additional work, transport, or approved extras must be paid as agreed before delivery or before the relevant work begins.

Limitations

We will take reasonable care to deliver the agreed work. We are not responsible for delays or missed coverage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including venue restrictions, unsafe conditions, severe weather, or client delays.
